1. The 48-Hour Window

If there is an issue with your order, time is of the essence. You must contact us at our WhatsApp number +91 7019128588 or drop an email at labelaaradhya@srijauppe.com within 48 hours of receiving your package to be eligible for a refund.

  • Requests made after the 48-hour mark will not be processed.

2. Condition for Refund

We take pride in the quality of our products. A refund will only be issued if the item is returned in its original shape and condition. * If the item shows signs of use, alteration, or damage not caused by us, we will be unable to issue a refund.

3. No Exchanges

We do not offer an exchange service. If you are unhappy with your item and meet the refund criteria above, please follow the refund process and then place a new order for the desired item.

4. No Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it is final. We do not accept cancellations, as our fulfillment process begins immediately to ensure fast delivery. Please double-check your cart before checking out!

5. Receiving Your Refund

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original bank account used at the time of purchase.

Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
